Dining on campus isn’t one size fits all. Our meal plans were designed with you in mind. If you are looking to enjoy a meal with friends or just a snack on the go – we’ve got a plan to fit every appetite.

  • Do I need to buy a meal plan?
    First-year students who live in University Housing are required to select one of the Unlimited meal plans for the first two semesters. Continuing Students and Commuters may select any of the meal plan choices.

    Bridge students who live in Clemson University housing are required to purchase a Block 175 meal plan for the first two semesters. 
  • Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester? 
    Following the Fall semester, the same meal plan you had will automatically be added to your Spring bill. You are able to go into iROAR and adjust your plan or opt out if eligible, prior to paying your bill.
  • Will unused meal swipes or Paw Points rollover? 
    All meals swipes, including guest meals will expire at the end of each semester.

    Paw Points will continue to rollover from semester to semester and year to year until depleted or after 18 months of inactivity.
  • Where can I use my meal plan?
    Meal swipes get you into the two dining halls on campus - Schilletter and The Fresh Food Co. - which offer an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience.

    Guests with meal plans can also use a meal swipe for a full meal solution at the Community Hub at Douthit Hills (lunch and dinner), at Freshens (breakfast 7am-10am), or at the Village Market (breakfast and lunch). Unlimited plan holders can use one meal swipe per meal period, up to three per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Block plan holders can use a meal swipe at any time.

    Spend Paw Points at the dining locations on campus - retail eateries, coffee shops, convenience stores. One Paw Point is like $1.00. Paw Points can be spent for entry to the dining halls as well.
  • How do I purchase a meal plan? If I already have one, can I change it?
    Purchase/Change (on or before January 9 at 4:30 pm): Students may add or change their meal plan selection through iROAR. Under the Student Financial Services tab, locate Optional Fees. Your bill will recalculate based on your saved changes. Students with required meal plans, first-year and Bridge, cannot deviate from Unlimited and Block 175 plans respectively.

    Purchase only (January 10-18)
    : Students may purchase a meal plan by going in person to Student Financial Services, G-08 Sikes Hall, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. No meal plans can be changed during this time.

    During the semester, there is one specific week to drop or downgrade a meal plan. It is strongly recommended to review the Terms and Conditions before you purchase a meal plan. 

    Drop/Downgrade (January 22-25)
    : Students may purchase or change their meal plan in person at the TigerOne Card Office, 111 Hendrix Student Center, open Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. At this time, a $40 administrative fee will be applied to meal plan cancellations or downgrades. First-year students will not be eligible to drop their meal plan or downgrade to a block meal plan. Bridge students will not be eligible to drop their meal plan or downgrade to a plan smaller than the Block 175. Paws Points are nonrefundable. 

    Purchase (starting January 28)
    : New meal plans may be purchased at the TigerOne Card Office, 111 Hendrix Student Center, open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, or online at t1online.clemson.edu.

    Upgrade (starting January 28)
    : Students may upgrade their meal plan throughout the semester in person at the TigerOne Card Office, 111 Hendrix Student Center, open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

    After the specified drop/downgrade week concludes, an appeals form must be submitted by the student for cancellations. The appeal will only be accepted if certain conditions are met in accordance to University Housing & Dining policy. No appeals will be accepted within the last six weeks of the semester.
