True Balance

Do you have a food allergy or intolerance? Our chefs and dietitian have you covered. Our True Balance station in Schilletter Dining Hall offers selections made with select allergen aware ingredients. Here you’ll find delicious dishes made without the top 8 most common food allergens – egg, milk, peanut, tree nuts, shellfish, fin fish, soy and wheat/gluten.* 

At McAlister Dining Hall, our Gluten Solutions station prepares selections without wheat or gluten containing ingredients.*
